Get Your Writing On With Write Out: Place-Based Exploration: | 11:15-12:15 ET A connected learning initiative by the National Writing Project and the National Park Service this past summer called ‘Write Out’ invited educators from across the United States to venture out to open spaces; historic sites; and national, state and local parks to think about inspiring students with place-based writing. This workshop session will explore the Write Out project and facilitators will invite participants to do some writing, sharing and thinking about the larger world of public space, too.
